| Teams: | 1 Mother / 1 Daughter per team. Mother and Daughter must register on-line as a team. Pre-race online registration only, no race day entry for teams. |

| T Shirts: | T Shirts are guaranteed for the first 600 registrants. | |
| Walkers: | Walkers welcome. Please start at back of pack. | |
| Strollers: | Participants with jogging strollers should start at the back of the pack. Please keep to the far left and alert runners when passing. | |
| Dogs: | For the safety of runners and spectators, dogs (with the exception of assistive service dogs) are not permitted to participate in this event. | |
| Proceeds: | A portion of your entry fee will be donated to the Melrose Alliance Against Violence. |
